Elles ont port\u00e9 sur plusieurs centaines de sujets et semblent indiquer que le cordyceps, \u00e0 raison de 3&nbsp;g par jour, est efficace pour stimuler une fonction sexuelle d\u00e9ficiente<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"javascript:popupWindowLienInterne('..\/..\/..\/DocumentsProteus\/PopupHTML\/criteres_classification_nd.htm','Popup',600,400)\"><\/a>&nbsp;<strong>Augmentation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie physique&nbsp;<\/strong>(effet adaptog\u00e8ne). Trois essais effectu\u00e9s en Chine en&nbsp;1995 et en&nbsp;1999 (non r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s dans Medline) indiquent que 3&nbsp;g de&nbsp;<strong>cordyceps<\/strong>&nbsp;par jour ont donn\u00e9 de bons r\u00e9sultats pour augmenter l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale et physique de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et celle de sujets souffrant de maladie cardiaque chronique<sup>2<\/sup>. Dans un cas, les 17&nbsp;participants ont pris un produit renfermant du cordyceps (1&nbsp;g par jour), de la rhodiole (300&nbsp;mg par jour) et certains min\u00e9raux durant 2&nbsp;semaines<sup>4<\/sup>; dans l\u2019autre, 22&nbsp;sujets ont pris 3&nbsp;g par jour de cordyceps (CordyMax Cs-4<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>) durant 5&nbsp;semaines<sup>5<\/sup>. Au cours d\u2019une autre \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en&nbsp;2005 aux \u00c9tats-Unis, une combinaison cordyceps et rhodiole a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9cevants<sup>6<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"javascript:popupWindowLienInterne('..\/..\/..\/DocumentsProteus\/PopupHTML\/criteres_classification_nd.htm','Popup',600,400)\"><\/a>&nbsp;<strong>Maladies respiratoires.<\/strong>&nbsp;Des r\u00e9sultats d\u2019\u00e9tudes cliniques men\u00e9es en Chine indiquent que le cordyceps peut \u00eatre utile pour soulager les sympt\u00f4mes de plusieurs maladies respiratoires, notamment la bronchite chronique<sup>15<\/sup>&nbsp;et l\u2019asthme<sup>16<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"javascript:popupWindowLienInterne('..\/..\/..\/DocumentsProteus\/PopupHTML\/criteres_classification_nd.htm','Popup',600,400)\"><\/a>&nbsp;<strong>Usages en M\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise.&nbsp;<\/strong>De nombreuses&nbsp;<a href=\"javascript:\">\u00e9tudes in vitro<\/a>&nbsp;et sur des animaux semblent confirmer certains des nombreux usages traditionnels du&nbsp;<strong>cordyceps<\/strong>. Par exemple, soutenir les convalescents, stimuler le syst\u00e8me immunitaire et la&nbsp;<strong>fonction sexuelle<\/strong>&nbsp;ou renforcer les fonctions des reins, du foie et des poumons<sup>7-8<\/sup>. De plus, quelques \u00e9tudes cliniques men\u00e9es en Chine pointent vers un effet protecteur sur certains organes, notamment les&nbsp;<strong>reins<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reins.<\/strong>&nbsp;Le&nbsp;<strong>cordyceps<\/strong>&nbsp;peut prot\u00e9ger les reins contre les effets toxiques de certains m\u00e9dicaments<sup>9<\/sup>&nbsp;et stimuler leur fonctionnement chez des patients souffrant d\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale<sup>10<\/sup>. Il pourrait aussi \u00eatre utile pour r\u00e9duire les risques de rejet et de complication apr\u00e8s une transplantation r\u00e9nale<sup>11-13<\/sup>.
